The IntelaMetrix BodyMetrix BX 2000
ultrasound bodyfat analyzer is a breakthrough in body composition assessment.
It is the first device to accurately and reliably measure the exact depth of subdermal bodyfat.
The technology behind the BodyMetrix is the same as that used in hospitals to safely and
painlessly image a baby in its mother's womb: ultrasound. The BodyMetrix device sends ultrasound
waves through the skin and then listens for their "echo." Because the sound waves pass through
bodyfat more easily than muscle, you can use the echo pattern to assess the precise depth of skin
and fat. The BodyMetrix is more comfortable for the participant than skinfold pinch tests and is also
far more accurate and reliable.
BSDI has implemented a direct connection to the BodyMetrix device so that if you link it with
the Fitness Analyst, your bodyfat readings will be directly imported to the Analyst.

The Metrologic MS7120 Orbit omni-directional
scanner is an aggressive barcode reader that will pull the ID from your participants' cards
no matter the orientation is is held. It is lightweight, rugged and does not need a separate
mounting rod or any alterations of your front-desk area.

Keytags are small, easy to use and easy to issue.
They are the convenient alternative to the traditional credit card size credential. Because your member's photo
will appear on the screen during check-in, we no longer need credit-card-sized ID card. By combining
BSDI check-in with a simple, durable bar code ID, you bring convenience
to the member check-in process. Keytags come in a number of configurations and can be customized
to use your logo and address.
